Anahys has used quarantine as an opportunity to hunker down and practice self-care. Beyond the obvious need to stay healthy, she’s taking online courses, creating content and staying organized. She took to Instagram to share how others can be a part of the solution without leaving home.

“Since the Coronavirus outbreak started, I have connected with myself a lot. I spent two months in quarantine, but I made good use of the time and tried to get out as little as possible to help the world in my own way by avoiding contact. I had a lot of time to create content, organize my schedule, and complete online courses. In fact, I still continue to do so because we must follow safety precautions.
Let’s continue to comply with social distancing and wear masks. Let us be part of the solution. While doing your part to stop the spread of COVID-19, you can also look into healthcare options available to you and your family in case you need to see a doctor for any reason. Many providers have expanded their coverage to include telehealth opportunities for patients that would like to receive care from home.”
