Entrepreneur Michele Weinstein understands that feeling, and wants to share how easy it is to stay on top of your mental health even when you can’t visit your doctor face-to-face.
She took to Instagram to share just how easy it is to utilize telehealth services without leaving your home — or even getting dressed…
“Scrolling through Pinterest and found this gem, “You’re a diamond dear, they can’t break you.” And I loved it so much I had to share.
Why? Because these are difficult times. It’s easy to feel discouraged. I know even for myself, as an entrepreneur, it can be rather difficult. It’s all a matter of ebbs and flows. There are good days where you feel productive and then there are worse days where you have no idea what to do. You throw your hands in the air feeling a bit defeated… I know as I’ve been there, done that, and it doesn’t feel good.
So if you are feeling this way, I just wanted to point out something you may not be aware of. There’s always help available for you. You don’t have to be stuck in that mentality by yourself. There’s Telehealth options available where you can get a therapist and receive therapy right from home.
That’s right. You can call your therapist on a phone call, do a FaceTime call, and/or text message your therapist to get the help you need. Heck… you can even wear pajamas and they wouldn’t have to know.🙈. (I’ve definitely done phone calls and zoom calls with my pjs on…just so you all know.)
So just a reminder that a.) you are much stronger than you think b.) that you are never alone in this (we all are dealing with this in some way) c.) while this is one obstacle to overcome, there’s always options for you to get help.
